HR Business Partner - IT (3-7 yrs)
3 - 7 years of experience and possess Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources
- In depth knowledge of HR Generalist activities like employee relations, Talent acquisition, compensation, HR policies and performance management, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues.
- Responsible for New hire Induction program which includes planning organizing and execution of complete Induction process for Interns, full time employees or lateral hires.
- Liaison and consultation with business stakeholders to understand the changing needs of the business and to determine and act upon client's changing priorities
- Work collaboratively with peers and Management, to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives
- Support & facilitate the Performance Management and Talent Management agenda across Line of business
- Resolve day to day employee queries and issues pertaining to employees and develop solutions pertaining to employee relations.
- Be able to facilitate interactions between the employees and the management on a regular basis
- Conduct exit interviews and provide innovative solutions to the business to improve talent retention of the organization
- Be able to judge and Assess client needs and come up with client focused solutions
