- Business Partner for a business unit supporting the Business Head in all strategic HR issues

- End to end management of all HR activities for the busines including Onboarding Presentations, Employee Engagement, Retention and Performance Management

- Proactive Attrition management for the BU in coordination with Leadership

- Change Management and Leading Initiatives

- Deployment of dashboards and design of metrics based HR proceeses

- Supporting Compensation and Benefits programs
