HR Business Partner - IT (10-15 yrs)

We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm; currently hiring for a HRBP for a US Multinational IT Company based in Pune

Title: HRBP

Reports to : CHRO

Experience : 10 - 15 years

Location : Chennai

Education : MBA/PGDM from top institute (preferable)

Industry Preference : Non - Manufacturing, Service, IT (Small & mid - sized Organizations)

Major Responsibilities :

- Deploy HR Group & Country Policies and local rules/regulations and liaise with local HR accordingly animate and manage the HR Network.

Management Development :

- With the support of the Division MD, leads all the actions for people and organization development, contribute to People Review for his/her domain. Contributes to the Country Career Committees directly or via Plant HR Managers. Support M&P's performance through monitoring of the processes.

Compensation & Benefits :

- Ensure the correct deployment of Salary Review within his / her region.

Employee Empowerment :

- Ensure the HR Managers are actively supporting the implementation of EE in their Plants (linked to the EE Basics). Together with the Plants, review the HR EE KPI's semesterly, and make sure they are reacted to in the perimeter. Supervise that the appropriate EE workshops are performed in the plants by HR or FES network to support the plant priorities.

HR Controlling & Administrative Processes :

- Takes part and supervises the Reporting, Budget processes. Ensure succession planning within the overall HR function in the region to make sure strong reservoirs are in place. Maintain a fluent and open communication with their Hierarchical and Functional Management on all issues related to HR.

Ideal Candidate will have :

- Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience

- Strong business understanding & ability to support HR issues within the region

- Solid exposure to all HR issues

- Previous experience in non - manufacturing or fast moving environments

- English fluent

- Capacity to deal with trade unions and labour relations

- General overview of HR technical skills

- Ability to work in a complex matrixed organization in a cooperative and positive way International experience & International open minded sensitive to various cultures
