We are looking for the position of HR Business Partner;
Qualification : MBA HR should have at least a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following areas:
a) Talent Acquisition
b) Employee On-boarding & Orientation
c) Conducting orientation/induction program for all new joinees for the month etc.
d) Compensation & Benefits Administration, Review, Promotion etc
e) Leave and Attendance Management and Administration-
f) Employee Access Controls- for both contractual and permanent employees-both during joining and exit process.
g) Facilitating Statutory Compliance-includes enrollment of employee and his dependents for coverage for mediclaim, PF, ESI and other benefits.
h) Training & Development
i) Employee Off-boarding and Exit Formalities.
Pay Package will be commensurate with experience and knowledge
