We are looking at a bright young HR professional to join us as HR Business Partner - Andhra Pradesh. The position is based at Hyderabad and the incumbent would hold overall responsibility for end to end HR processes for all the business channels/ verticals in the region comprising of 1000 + employees. The primary focus would be on HR Business Partnership, Employee Engagement, Mid Management level Talent Acquisition, Retention, Employee Relations and Performance Management. The position reports to Head Sales HR - South and is assisted by a team comprising of 5-6 members.
Candidate specifications:
- 2004 - 2007 batch MBA in Human Resources
- Candidates working in Financial Services/Retail/Telecom/ BPO/ FMCG/ Consumer Durable sectors would be preferred
- Team handling experience
- Knowledge of Telegu language will be an added advantage
