HR Business Partner/HR Generalist & Operations - Manufacturing

HRBP & Operations (6-8 years ) Manufacturing

Client : Manufacturing MNC

Reporting into the Head HR :

- The appointee will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development.

- Be a - business partner- and key member of the India leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business ensure that the business objectives are met.

- Manage HR Operations end to end

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets E.g. talent management, sales incentive, engagement initiatives etc.

- Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.

- To creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system -Operational effectiveness and efficiency - bring clarity and transparency to roles in the HR function as the organization evolves and the needs of the business change

- You will come with 6-8 years of experience as Generalist within the pharmaceutical / FMCG / Chemical / manufacturing space only.
