About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational conglomerate ranked among the Fortune 50 organizations globally. They are currently looking to hire an HR Business partner to lead their global operations team based out of Gurgaon

Job Description - Reporting to the Regional Head of HR you will be responsible for

- Working closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to the Global Operations team, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development.

- Designing and developing talent management and succession management strategy to build the right leadership capabilities across levels.

- Business partnering as a key member of the India leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business ensure that the business objectives are achieved.

- Drive value based performance driven culture and build a robust culture of performance distribution.

- Develop and deploy initiatives to drive employee engagement, employee motivation, and people productivity by building the brand image and becoming the employer of choice.

- To creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

The Successful Candidate :

- You will come with 12-14 years of total experience as an HR Business Partner. Our client is looking to hire candidates only from premier business schools (2001 - 2003 batches only).

- You would have handled HR in a highly matrix-ed environment.

- A positive attitude and the willingness to work in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment are must-haves.

- Strong communication skills and an ability to correlate business with the HR function will be critical to your selection.
