- Position is that of HR Business partner for Sales.
- Partnering with the Sales Director to strategize, plan and implement talent engagement initiatives, focus on coaching senior sales colleagues to build a robust sales team.
- To impact business performance using leves of organization effectiveness, talent, reward and engagement.
- Provide functional leadership support
- Act as a breakthrough performance coach to key funtional stakeholders
- XLRI / TISS / SIBM / IMT with 10+ years of expereince.
- Preferably supporting sales / functional group. However, not mandatory.
- Experience of working in a multinational organization
- Generalist HR expereince focussed on talent engagement, development, etc.
