Our client, a leading MNC Healthcare company is looking for the following:  Position Title - HR Business Partner (Manager) for National Sales function   Location: Mumbai  Reporting to: HR Director  The role is responsible for acting as HR Business Partner to the Sales team in India. Would encompass & assist the business in Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Induction & Exit, Training and L&D, OD, Performance Management, C&B structure etc.  Responsibilities:  - Responsible for development, implementation, administration and operation of high-value quality human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels of team members.   - Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develops leaders and succession plan, and drive business change efforts.   - Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective team member relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.  - Consults in areas of organization design and development in support of business strategy.   - Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with business leaders to identify and address root causes of human resources issues.   - Ensures compliance with corporate policy at the business unit or division level.  Main Duties & Functions:  - Consults with business leaders on talent, leadership, business strategy, organization development, rewards and culture  - Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group  - Identifies and shares root causes of human resources issues with relevant HR Centers of Excellence to shape global HR programs and policies.  - Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices and trends to influence the business and HR agenda  - Provides counsel to business leaders to ensure the hiring, staffing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce capable of delivering the business strategy  - Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line leadership staff  - Selects, develops, and evaluates team members to ensure the efficient operation of the organization  - Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g. Performance Management, ASR, Rewards and recognition review, workforce planning, culture, and organizational change)  - Manages escalations and dispute resolutions through company programs and policies.  - Analyzes business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.   - Understands all applicable governmental regulations and advocates compliance requirements.   - Provides consulting and business partnering to leaders in achieving company objectives.   - Responsible for coordinating and administering activities in several human resources functions such as employment, labour relations, compensation, learning and organization development, diversity, records, benefits and team member services.   - Counsels team members concerning work-related problems.   - Reviews and explains HR policies and programs to the organization assigned.   - Assists & oversees the roll-out of updated or new HR programs and initiatives.   - May assist in the formulation of various HR policies and procedures.   - Oversees the successful rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives  Requirements:  - MBA/PGDM with HR Specialization from reputed insitutes  - 4 to 7 years total experience with 2 to 4 years relevant experience as HR Business Partner/Generalist HR/Sales HR  Contact: Anish Shah Director | PeopleZ HR | +91-7666546688 Connect with me on Linkedin: http://in.linkedin.com/in/anishs  Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/PeoplezHr  Join "FMCG in India" group (20k+ members) on Linkedin
