Position : HR - Busniess Partner

Supervisor's Position : Corporate Services GM HRBP

Department/Corporate :HR and Admin

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

This role is responsible to provide business partnership to the support functions towards lifecycle of employees with the primary objective of driving change and growth. Support the implementation of HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Learning & development for the Corporate Services Support Functions.

Qualification :

- Post Graduate in HR/ER/Social Sciences

- Preferably from a reputed institute

Experience :

- Minimum of 6 years- experience in HRBP

Knowledge & skills :

- Strong management and administrative acumen

- Strong interpersonal skills

- High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment

- Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables

- Positive attitude and high on energy

- Should have strong Learning & Development / OD exposure to Support leadership

Best suited for someone who :

- Can influence and manage perceptions at senior leadership level

- Is politically savvy

- Advises the team on how best to mitigate high pressure situations with minimal risk

- Likes taking on roles which are operationally intensive

- Can build a strong team

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

HR Operations - for Corporate Services :

- Partner with Corporate Services HRBP to deliver high efficiency in HR processes on a day-today basis as per the 3 tier model

- Support Corporate Services HRBP in roll-out and implementation of HR policies & talent decisions

- Support maintenance of key documents and database of all the support functions

Talent Acquisition :

- Frontend Talent Acquisition partnership for the functions and deliver through the Shared services team; Review services against the defined KPIs at the Corporate Services Level

- Participate in the Selection Process based on the Selection norms

Talent Management and Employee Engagement :

- Provide HO with learning requirements for the support functions and monitor participation levels in training and development programs

- Support capability development for employees in the support services in partnership with Talent CoE

- Support in devising of strategy for engagement activities and roll out of Pan India / Support Services engagement initiatives

- Support Corporate Services HRBP for inputs to facilitate Talent Reviews, career management and succession planning

Performance & Rewards :

- Support in implementation of employee reward programs like increments, variable pay plans, performance-linked plans etc.

- Implement the Performance Management process incl. P4Gs upholding principles

- Roll out monetary and non-monetary rewards and recognition initiatives for employees to drive high productivity and morale

Change Management & New Initiatives :

- Provide support in adoption and implementation of change / HR initiatives such as P4Gs, FRCs etc.

- Support in creating communication collaterals, training material for engagement activities like events and regular training

- Connect with all levels of management at Functional and HO level to facilitate change

- Gather inputs from various organizational forums, to identify HR interventions that can enhance organizational effectiveness and drive such initiatives

- Drive and implement Value survey Actionable across all functions of the Corporate Services
