HR Business Partner - FMCG (6-11 yrs)
This role is a Business Partner role in HR, in the B2B business of a leading multinational consumer durables and telecom devices company which in a short span has become the lead player in almost all the market segments.
- The incumbent will be a business partner in HR for the recently established B2B business and will be supporting the Head HR of this vertical in the areas of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
We are looking for HR candidates who are currently working with MNC or large companies with a strong B2B business solutions delivery orientation preferably in the areas of software services, telecommunications, consumer durables, IT solutions, office automation and Banking.
Experience of 6-12 years, post MBA preferably with experience in all aspects of HR, currently drawing a minimum salary of between 20 and 25 lacs is required
