HR Business Partner - FMCG

- An extremely large and highly respected FMCG organisation has entrusted us with the selection of a Business HR Manager for the company's operations in West India.

- KRA would be to provide strategic and operational support to the set up of an employee strength of 250 + people, in terms of building culture, enabling structure for growth, capability development for future, ER matters, talent management & engagement.

- We invite applications only from premier B-School graduates ('09 - '11 batch preferred. ) with 3-5 years of post qualification experience having exposure and adequate experience as a Generalist HR in a sales and distribution oriented set up.

- Experience in handling HR as a business partner for sales force is Must. Preferably from FMCG, Durables, Telecom industries.

- Must also have exposure executing HR systems and processes, should be able to contribute in framing up HR strategies and practices.

The posting would be at Mumbai.
