The company currently employs over 650 people worldwide and plans to expand into 22 new countries in the next two years   Our client is looking to take on board an HR Business Partner   As an HR Business Partner your job responsibilities will be:   - Employee Induction Ensure timely induction and On boarding of new hires   - Ensure that new hires are assimilated in to the work environment of the organisation   - Ensure that there is timely update in the employee life cycle   - Employee Relations Handle all employee queries and resolve them with the required timeframe/SLA   - Employee Engagement - Conduct following HR initiatives   - Employee 1-on-1 sessions: To understand their concerns and seek feedback on HR processes   - Employee Career Discussions: To understand their career aspirations, clarify expectations; discuss career options etc.   - Employee Satisfaction Survey/ Feedback Survey: Conduct and collate data   - REWARD and Recognition: Collate nominations and facilitate payout(Star Awards)   - Employee Meets: Conduct meets as per need   - Should be able to manage 200 people based across India   - Role will involve travel for at least 10 days of the month   Location: Gurgaon   Experience: 8 to 12 years   HR Team  Unnati
