HR Business Partner - Design Firm (3-6 yrs)

Our Client is a leading multi-national architecture, design, planning and consulting firm. They are one of the sought after architectural design firms with offices throughout India as well as in Australia, Singapore, China, Thailand, and Vietnam.

As an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the following:

Delivery of Business Expectations

1) Execute Manpower Planning and Budgeting to have a roadmap for recruitment assignments

2) Keep ears to the ground and reach out to all employees through communication with employees at regular intervals to gather insights @ workplace and feed them back appropriately to the leadership team of the organisation

3) Provide employee development and counselling assistance to employees- /team members to enhance employee performance and productivity

4) Take adequate measures to retain good and high potential employees

5) Act as a business partner and provide dashboards/analytics to business heads/department heads to help them have a pulse of their team.

6) To be part of all Key Top Management meetings to formulate Strategies for effective People Management.

7) Develop strategies to support the behavioural expectations of all BU employees based upon the mission, vision and values to ensure hiring, performance and development programs are aligned, developing a culture of performance and accountability.

8) Develop and implement training strategies.

Talent Acquisition Support for the BU

1) Prepare job descriptions, coordinate with the recruitment team to close vacancies

2) Work with recruitment vendors when necessary to recruit for critical positions within timelines

3) Interview and assess fitment of potential hires in the company's culture and organisation structure.

4) Be the face of the organisation and make prospective candidates excited about a job opportunity with the organisation

5) Negotiate on salary and work with the HR Operations team to complete all formalities related to offer roll outs

6) Work with the HR Operations team to ensure new hires join and get on-boarded systematically and get oriented to the organisation.

Implementation of Effective HR Practices

1) Have an updated repository of Job descriptions for all roles in the organisation along with measurable performance indicators for each role

2) Design, update and share SOPs of all HR processes

3) Update HR policies in line with the business and organisation requirement

4) Executing - Employee Engagement- initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging

5) Keeping an updated Employee Handbook with all relevant details and information

6) Evaluate and improvise the current HR Practices to keep with time and external benchmarks

7) Maintain employee records and files in order for ease of reference (both On-line and physical copies of the records

8) Managing the entire Performance Appraisal process and creating a framework to link the same to Reward Management
