HR Business Partner is required for one of the top 10 Companies in India.
The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment for Managers and above, Campus hiring, Talent Management, Appraisal, On -Boarding and Grievances etc.
The incumbent should be Post Graduate in HR from premiere institute like XLRI / SCMHRD / SIBM / TISS / MDI from 2014 / 2015 passout batch. The incumbent should have experience in Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment in a reputed CPG / FMCG Company.
