HR Business Partner - Corporate Role - Travel Equipment/Retail/Accessories Firm (2-3 yrs)
HR Business partner ( Corporate role ) - Bangalore ( HQ ) - reputed TRAVEL EQUIPMENTS, RETAIL & ACCESSORIES client
We have very urgent HR position in one of BEST TRAVEL EQUIPMENTS, RETAIL & ACCESSORIES organization across the following location
BASE LOCATION - Bangalore
OFFERED CTC - 8lacs to 10lac pa fixed + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - HR Business partner
SPAN OF CONTROL : pan India ; Corporate role
REPORTING - Will report to HR HEAD
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :
50% business partnering,
25% employee engagement
25% L&D
Work with HR Head on special projects
HRBP KRAs:
Handling HRBP for corporate functions (comprising of 100employees), end to end employee life cycle management, recruitment (self as well as through agencies), HR advisory (manage senior stakeholders)
Employee engagement KRAs:
Drive initiatives, design framework, employee engagement calendar, driving surveys (perceptions studies), devise action plans - work with budget .
L&D KRAs:
Regarding L&D - need someone to grow this department in the next 18-24 months.
Work closely with HR Head for L&D function
Liaison with agencies - develop modules to fill gaps, implement Learning Management System (internal process)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- The person should be into a Generalist HR Profile/ HR Business Partner profile. ANY INDUSTRY [ except manufacturing ; IR candidates pls don't apply ! ]
- Good knowledge of latest HR practices
- MBA mandatory. [ reputed Bschool mandatory ]. People willing to relocate from other metros are welcome.
