The startup tracks industry trends and creates collateral risk management tools through the use of technology.   Led by a team of research and analytical experts and backed by a large Indian corporate, the company conducts expansive, ongoing research to produce and maintain the largest and most comprehensive database of commercial real estate information. Its suite of online services enables clients to analyze, interpret and gain unmatched insight market conditions.   The company has got a strategic investment of $3 million of Series A funding and the funds will be used to expand the company's services pan-India and launch additional products and strengthen the team.   As an HR Business Partner your role includes:  Delivery of Business Expectations  1) Execute Manpower Planning and Budgeting to have a roadmap for recruitment assignments  2) Keep ears to the ground and reach out to all employees through communication with employees at regular intervals to gather insights @ workplace and feed them back appropriately to the leadership team of the organisation  3) Provide employee development and counselling assistance to employees- /team members to enhance employee performance and productivity  4) Take adequate measures to retain good and high potential employees  5) Act as a business partner and provide dashboards/analytics to business heads/department heads to help them have a pulse of their team.  6) To be part of all Key Top Management meetings to formulate Strategies for effective People Management.   7) Develop strategies to support the behavioural expectations of all BU employees based upon the mission, vision and values to ensure hiring, performance and development programs are aligned, developing a culture of performance and accountability.  8) Develop and implement training strategies.  Drive Talent Acquisition  1) Conduct Employer branding activities to attract a pool of job seekers who can be tapped for current and future requirements  2) Prepare job descriptions, make effective pitch of job openings on social media and ensure that vacancies in the organisation get actively circulated  3) Plan and execute an employee referral program  4) Reach out to passive job seekers through job sites, social media channels  5) Work with recruitment vendors when necessary to recruit for critical positions within timelines  6) Be the face of the organisation and make prospective candidates excited about a job opportunity with the organisation  7) Negotiate on salary and complete all formalities related to offer roll outs  8) Ensure new hires join and get on-boarded systematically and become productive fast.  Implementation of Effective HR Practices  1) Have an updated repository of Job descriptions for all roles in the organisation along with measurable performance indicators for each role  2) Design, update and share SOPs of all HR processes  3) Update HR policies in line with the business and organisation requirement  4) Executing - Employee Engagement- initiatives to keep people together and make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging  5) Keeping an updated Employee Handbook with all relevant details and information  6) Evaluate and improvise the current HR Practices to keep with time and external benchmarks  7) Maintain employee records and files in order for ease of reference (both On-line and physical copies of the records  8) Managing the entire Performance Appraisal process and creating a framework to link the same to Reward Management  Ideal Candidate:  - 3-6 years of HR business partnering experience  - Able to act as the brand ambassador of the organisation  - Highest level of Integrity and fairness  - Effective Communication skills - Oral and written skills (Should know regional language)  - Effective questioning and active listening  - People Management skills  - Commercial and Business acumen as well as Strategic orientation  - Multi-tasking - Handling HR for multiple locations  - Willing to travel occasionally  - Prior experience in a startup is desirable
