HR Business Partner - BPO/KPO/Financial Services

Currently hiring an HR Business partner for a Group of company into BPO/KPO/Financial Services sector. Looking for Full time MBA- HR from Tier 1 or 2 institutes, currently working in Delhi/ NCR.

Role:

Proficient in handling Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, Reward & Recognition System, Employee Development along with Performance Management.

Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountability, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention.

Would prefer male candidates for the role.
