HR Business Partner - BPO/KPO/Consulting

Work in partnership with business to enhance, enrich and elevate the association with people by delivering on people, performance and talent initiatives and goals

- Design and deliver a robust Employee engagement model

- Drive continuous engagement between business and people

Understand business needs and support meeting of objectives through:

- Periodic meetings with Business Heads & key stake-holders

- Drive the Performance Management process end-to-end through

- Develop and drive High performers retention model

- Facilitating cascading of Key Performance Indicators & Unit Objectives

- Lead and drive projects that will add value to business performance

Desired Candidate:

- Post Graduation- MBA(HR)- Mandatory

- 8+ years post qualification experience, with atleast over 3 years of experience in Business partnering.

Candidate has to be exceptionally strong in the area of Talent management and Performance management with strong and proven experience in design and deployment of the same.
