HR Business Partner - BPO

Our Client is a Captive Shared Services Unit of a US MNC. into Financial Analytics with a 7000 headcount presence in India.

The role would be to effectively partner the business with respect to end to end HR related areas including talent management, employee engagement, employee satisfaction, attrition analytics and day to day HR operations.

Looking for a very smart, go getter with excellent communication, problem solving skills and display of utmost professionalism in engaging senior leadership.

The candidate must have the following attributes:

- 2 Year full-time MBA (includes MSW, MA-HR), form a reputed institute.

- Experience in a HR generalist role / HR Business partner role.

- Minimum years of experience - 2 years, maximum of 5 years.

- Excellent written & spoken communication skills.

- Must have worked in MNC organisations preferably in the IT, BPO, KPO industries.

- Only Bangalore based candidates will be considered.
