HR Business Partner - BFSI/FMCG/Retail/Telecom (6-8 yrs)

- End to end HR support to the Business Unit with an MBA in HR/Psychology

- Create and drive a talent strategy across the BU.

- Actively identify manpower and talent gaps, propose and implement necessary changes and talent accusation.

- Vendor Management

- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

- Implement and facilitate training and development initiatives.

- Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions

- Setting up of the KRA's for the employees in business

- Drive promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments etc in all talent decisions.

- Consulting or counselling the business on various strategies and processes.

- Act as SPOC for the employees and managers in the business unit.

- . Efficient in MIS and analyse HR key metrics and utilize data for process improvement.

- Induction and on-boarding process

- Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each positions.

- Support the delivery of HR processes in the respective business unit.

- Excellent People management skills,Analytical and goal oriented acumen and Excellent communication skills
