Opening for HR Business Partner

Drive HR Strategy and partner with functional Heads of various wholesale & retail businesses to manage and grow the organization's talent portfolio. Currently managing end- to-end HR deliverables in the areas of -

Talent Acquisition :

- Manage complete recruitment life cycle including Headcount planning, building sourcing strategy, liaison with Business Managers to identify niche talent and manage hiring source performance / TAT / cost. Design + implement standardized recruitment & induction practices across regions.

- Partnering with the hiring directors and managers to understand the requirement for the required skills. Strategizing and executing the hiring plan using various sourcing channels like job portals, Networking, Direct sourcing, Campus Recruitment, Employee Referrals and Recruitment Agencies. Ensuring that the entire recruitment is done through Hirecraft with 100% process adherence

- Stakeholder Management - Partnering with business head and directors to facilitate high impact implementation of business objectives.

- Drive HR Strategy and partner with function leads for various functions like Research, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Technology to manage and grow organization's talent portfolio. Effectively managed team to serve end-to-end HR deliverables

Learning & Development :

- Doing the training needs identification (TNI) through one to one discussions with function heads, understanding their requirements and framing a training calendar.

- Designing of different training modules in consultation with the business experts. Ensuring 2 unique man-days for every employee in every financial year.

- Promoting the concept of in - house trainers.

HRMIS :

- Track and manage Weekly / Monthly & Quarterly reports such as (Joiner / Leaver data, Headcount Dashboard, Employee Referral Tracker, Hiring cost dashboard, etc.

Employee Engagement :

- Drive employee engagement & team building interventions across the organization to build peer level connect, business connect, empowerment and accountability. Maintain high energy and workplace morale in the face of strategic changes

Employee Relations:

- Developing and maintaining strong HR relationships with the employees, listening to their grievances, solving whatever possible at individual level, co-ordination with concerned departments and with next level manager.

- Also, advise the management team on the development of positive employee relations and help resolve complex grievance and disciplinary issues

Vendor Management :

- SPOC for Vendor Management Project. Evaluate performances of various vendors and suggest corrective actions against non performing vendor partners. Organize various vendor meets to train them and give them hands on experience on Hirecraft.

- Was instrumental in creating and implementing a vendor efficiency tracker to evaluate vendor performance

PMS :

- Drive performance management through a streamlined process. Trained users on various aspects of performance management such as goal setting, midyear review & annual review. Train the users on the usage of the PMS tool. SPOC for all the administrative queries and resolved the same within a effective Turnaround time
