HR Business Partner - BFSI/BPO (5-7 yrs)
Role- HRBP
- Workforce Planning - Forecasting talent and capability requirements required to execute the business strategy.
- In the context of business strategic and profit planning process, lead a gap assessment of current workforce profile and medium to long term future requirements at regional / functional level.
- Develop and implement strategies for career planning through competency modeling for different roles at different levels.
Attraction & Selection:
- Select the right quality of talent for roles.
- The roles in the verticals have niche skills and need a lot of investment in role understanding and hence assessment. .
Performance and Talent Management -
- Improve the level of talent in the organization by implementing retention techniques that result in minimal turnover of key talent and coaching or removing under performing talent from the organization.
- Improve succession coverage especially for critical positions for ensuring business continuity.
Organization Design & Development:
- Analyzing and aligning the organization’s resources to effectively deliver its strategy and goals.
The new teams will need to undergo multiple intervention in terms of :
- Team Building - new teams and new people managers , hence the need for building high performance teams.
- Visioning- Need to build and drive the vision statement and philosophy across the functions.
- Organization Structure- define the right structure keeping in mind productivity levels and business strategy
Mandatory- Tier 1 MBA Schools 2008 / 2009 batch pass out
