We are currently scouting for HR Business Partner for a leading Private Sector Bank in Mumbai
- Responsible for providing strategic interface between HR and designated Business Departments to embed a strategic approach to human resource development and management that results in more effective front line delivery.
- Responsible for entire employee life cycle management wherein the activities includes Selection of high end Talent, overseeing Employee engagement and attrition management.
- Facilitating & coordinating HR processes like Performance Management, execution of HR communication initiatives, HR Operations, etc. Also actively involved in Structural changes/ interventions driven by Top Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in HR from a good management institute with atleast 2 yrs in Business HR role.
- Good communication and presentation skills
