Job Description:-  - Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy.  - Comprehensive annual business review from an HR perspective that includes overall talent review and succession, retention and training assessments.  - Provides advise and counsel to managers and employees on performance related issues, including succession planning, development, performance improvement and termination.  - Effectively leverages all HR systems, tools and resources to support completion of HR projects.  - Partners with employees and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and related government regulations.  - Managing the performance management and rewards and recognition processes  - Management of workforce plan including headcount approval at plant level.Leads project management of talent initiatives.  - Effectively prioritizes and manages large amounts of HR needs accurately, timely and consistently, including exit interviews, reporting, training coordination, leaves of absence, worker's compensation etc.  - Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building.  Requirements:-  - 8-10 years of Human Resources/Employee relations experience. Experience in employment law and government compliance regulations is highly desirable.  - Experience working in a automobile conglomerate or global Industrial manufacturing environment is highly desirable.  - Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and analytical / problem-solving skills.  - Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change.Comfortable operating in a matrix and fast moving global organization.  - Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues.  The hiring company is a Global Automotive Conglomerate pioneers in Design,Engineering and Manufacturing of Cars and Auto OEMs.  #Job Location:- MIDC,Talegaon-Chakan SEZ in Pune.
