HR Business Partner at Gurgaon

We are currently scouting for HR Business Partner for one of our client based out of Gurgaon in research & analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

- Primary role of BPHR shall be carrying out day today operational HR deliveries with Quality and Cost optimization.

- Lead the deployment and implementation of HR Policies, Systems and Procedures to turn them into Best Practices while partnering with Function.

- Coordinate with Recruitment Teams and build Dashboard for clarity on Hiring Status/ To control flow of Job Requisitions for new/replacements.

- Optimize Recruitment Cost- Cost Effective Hiring by rolling out effective Employee Referrals Scheme.

- Identify and address issues/concerns/escalations to ensure speedy resolution and participation in employee disciplinary actions.

- Educating and ensuring rollouts of PMS activities, Rollout R&R in the division.

- Coordinate with L&D team for nominations to Skill Builders and Competency development activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA in HR with min 5 yrs exp from a good management institute with atleast 2 yrs in Business HR role.

- Good communication and presentation skills
