We are seeking a brilliant and talented HR professional to join us as a Business Partner in our Hyderabad office. The role will encompass a broad range of Human Capital functions, including, but not limited to benefits; employee relations; talent development; performance management; strategic data-driven projects; descriptive data/statistical analysis; policy analysis and implementation; and recruitment. Responsibilities also include liaising with senior management and collaborating closely with Human Capital portfolio owners.
The Business Partner must be well versed and proficient in most areas of Human Capital, and have the confidence and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, organized, discreet, and comfortable interacting with managers; and will possess a positive work attitude and a talent for multi-tasking. A masters’ degree in HR with 3 plus years of relevant experience in a MNC is a must.
