HR Business Partner

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in BP HR/ HR OPS/ HR Generalist role based at Delhi/ NCR.

Required experience of 10-15 yrs with full time MBA .

Role involves:

- Responsible for handling HR operations.

- Responsible for development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives within the respective business unit

- Responsible for supporting implementation of Corporate HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the Business unit

- Ensure adherence of processes related to Performance Management, Personal development & Performance improvement planning
