- High quality execution of projects in the HR Advisory and Outsourcing vertical. He or she will work closely with various stakeholders at the client’s side, will be responsible for smooth implementation of various HR policies, processes and systems.  - Facilitate regular project review with client to ensure all interventions are completed on time   - Ensure smooth project management as per the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)   - Design and implement various HR policies and interventions related to the employee life cycle   - Work closely with business owners to manage their day to day HR or people challenges, and help them create a more engaged organization   - Act as a core team member of the HR Advisory and Outsourcing vertical, and help build a strong HRO team by hiring, motivating and developing others   - Act as a subject matter expert and partner with the Business Development team for sales closures; focus on cross sell or deep sell to expand project revenue   - Responsible for the delivery of a variety of training programs  Required Skills :  - Industry experience in consulting   - Excellent communication & presentation skills   - Ability to articulate ideas well   - High levels of passion for result
