HR Analytics and Quality Head:
An MNC in Mumbai is looking for candidates from premier b-schools with a specialisation in HR from 01/02/03/04 batches, for a role in HR Analytics,Workforce Management and Quality systems.Candidates will be responsible for studying the data generated from MIS and analysing it, to recommend changes in organisation policies, processes and systems. The role would also be responsible for establishing data warehouse specifications and presenting relevant action points.HR professionals with exposure to OD, talent management, talent acquisition roles, with a atleast 2 years exposure to data analytics with an in-depth understanding of HR metrics would be an ideal fit. Experience in HR quality systems, HR audit and HR process excellence will be an added advantage.
