This is  an HR Analytics role, we prefer a candidate with experience in HR Programme Management, HR Projects, MIS and Analysis.

CA/MBA (Finance) is a must. The candidate must be well versed with MS Projects and an expert in MS Office. 7/8 yrs experience is what he is looking for.

The candidate with an experience of  7/8 years post MBA Finance or CA preferably in “HR Analytics”. Salary will be the best as per the market standards.
