Education : BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or MA/M.Sc (Computers/Maths/Stats/Economics)
Responsibilities :
- Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics and advanced Analytics around people.
- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics
- Serves as the domain expert for human Capital Analytics.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
Experience :
- 4-6 years of Data/statistical analysis experience.
- Should Have Strong data and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment
- Ability to write and interpret policies and procedures and complete complex projects involving recruitment and selection, compensation, performance management, and development
- Advanced level computer skills in MS Excel including VBA Macros, R, SAS Software, Tableau interacting with Global HR teams
- Must be a detail-oriented and exhibiting creative problem solving skills
