HR Analytics & PMS (1-3 yrs)
HR Analytics & PMS
Performance Management System:
- Ownership of the Performance Management System (PMS) including PMS training
- Implement processes for KRA Setting, Performance Review, and Bell Curve Fitment
- Ensure line managers comply with process, e.g., feedback/appraisals are conducted on time.
- Ensure 100% of employees have performance plans.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
- Prepare action plans for employees with low ratings.
Sales / Quarterly Incentive Plan:
- Ownership of SIP / QIP plan for Enterprise Business.
- Ensure target letters are issued to employees as per the policy
- Coordinate with the concerned functional teams for Base files as per time lines
- Ensure base files are validated by Business Commercial
- Calculate the commission payout amount and get the base file and payout amount validated from MAT and corporate Excellence team.
- Prepare the hard copy file for every quarter enclosed with all base files, calculation file, approval note and get the same signed from all the respective signatories.
- Share the final payout file with payroll team for payout.
Manpower Planning and Dimensioning:
- Design and Implement Manpower Dimensioning
- HR Representative to Task Force Involved in Re-Structuring of Business Functions
- Develop the HR AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for Enterprise Business, focusing on Projected Manpower Requirements and Costs
HR Operations:
- Implementation of HR Policies & periodic review of the same based on feedback from employees.
- Driving the Quality movement.
- Completion of post hiring formalities like employee code generation, ID card generation, Personnel file creation and Maintainance.
- Induction training of On Rolls / Outsourced employees.
- Co-ordination for Training and Development activities PAN India
- HR Audit & HR Budgeting / Preparation of the Annual operating Plan (AOP) for HR.
- Updating of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
