In short, looking for someone who understands the business issues related to Human Capital Management and has strong work experience in the analytics space.

Areas of Expertise - Statistical Modeling, Behavioral Segmentation, Categorization, and Clustering experience

Experience in these areas will be plus.

Strong interest and work background in organization effectiveness, talent management, leadership, culture, etc.

Strong interest in analytics in terms of psychometrics or using data to gain insights - this can be passion or highlighted in work experience.
