Person would be responsible for contributing in the strategic decisions and operational decisions for the capability as well as for programs being managed by her/him.
This includes decisions on how to deploy resources, prioritization of work delivery, high level relationships with clients and thought leadership in key areas.
The job holder is required to personally lead critical projects especially in the thought leadership area of various HR advisory/Change mgmt/HRT. The job holder will be responsible for developing the capability in teams to design and deliver projects in the advisory practice, deliver projects and provide direction for managing projects in the area
The job holderís role will be critical in building a brand for FIRMís in India which could be through engagement with clients, building relations and ensuring successful delivery in the capability area across clients and speaking at various forums etc. to create awareness about FIRMs capability
1.To ensure adequate business development in the region by coordinating efforts of team members as well as through personal initiatives
2.To liaise with key customers ensuring a healthy relationship specially and repeat business as well as high customer satisfaction levels
3.To lead the delivery effort in the regions as well as across regions in the areas including but not restricted to Executive Coaching and Leader Development and ensuring that delivery is as per project plan and at accepted quality levels
4.To provide thought leadership for the development of the Leader Development capability in India and create a brand recall for FIRMís in India by aligning and implementing practices from the FIRMís Global Practice Leaders and build long term business in the Leader Development space
5.To train and develop consultants and leaders in terms of consulting practices as well as personal growth
- Market Savvy/ Business Acumen: Actively analyze marketplace factors and understand the critical business issues that map to FIRMís solutions.
- Strategic Market Management & Development: Develop a go-to-market strategy and execute the Market territory plan in support of the Regional Business Operating Plan.
- Coaching & Development: Recruit, select, and develop successful sales resources to deliver the Market strategy for sustainable and profitable business growth. Capable of coaching and mentoring BDMs to successfully execute enterprise-wide sales strategies.
- Fosters Collaboration & Partnerships: Builds formal and informal networks within FIRMís and client organizations. Capable of leading and developing cross-functional business development pursuit teams.
- Personal Credibility: Demonstrated track record in selling integrated solutions. Lives the FIRMís Values and Brand Attributes, and consistently represents the brand with integrity in the Market.
