Job Description:

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience

Location: Bahrain

Positions: Manager (HR Advisory)

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead the HR Advisory group .

- Lead independent project management and delivery on HR advisory modules/assignments in Bahrain

- Manage all requirements related to job set up, risk management and project management & reporting

- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful closures

- Work on development of new HR consulting tools and approaches to augment existing ones

- Support business development initiatives by generating leads from existing and new clients and proposal development support
