Job description may include the following :
- Candidate should have 6+ years of experience working in the Healthcare Industry
- Candidate should have experience working with provider organizations - hospitals, regulatory bodies, state health departments
- Candidate should have deep industry experience and should have worked in two or more of the following areas - Provider Operations and process flows, Revenue Cycle, Clinical solutions, Health IT strategy, Broad understanding of medical policies and codes.
- Candidate should be familiar with aspects such as Health Provider Strategy, Organizational Design, Market Expansion Strategy, Cost Take Out.
Eligibility Criteria :
- An MBA or MHA from a Top Tier Institute is desirable.
Key Competencies & Characteristics :
- Candidate will be a part of the Client Network and will have base location in India (Chennai/Bangalore)
- Candidate will perform any/all of the activities - deliver client projects, work on proposals and support development of internal health assets
- Candidate should be comfortable working at the middle and senior levels of client organization
- Candidate should be able to work with limited direction and should be self-driven
- Should possess excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work
- Should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
- Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team oriented and collaborative approach
