Talent and Learning team to leverage expertise, inputs, and feedback from peers while building a strong learning community.  - Stays current on latest innovations, approaches, and technologies tied to adult learning theory and are inclusive of different levels within a global, multi-generational workforce.  Education and Experience Required :  - Well qualified individual with a bachelor's/master's degree in HR.  - At least 10 + years of experience in designing, delivering & driving training/learning programs for small to large organizations.   - Very good knowledge of external marketplace and demonstrated success implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, especially in leadership or professional development areas  - Strong experience driving training creation using various authoring tools, experience implementing and/or managing LMS or LCMS systems, tools, and resources.  - Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise executive-level presentations or positioning documents.  - Superior large-scale program and project management skills  - Very strong teamwork skills, especially in virtual teaming, collaboration, and coaching.  - Experience conducting organizational level, program level, and individual level needs analysis to identify learning and development needs and target program development.  - Proven experience taking a strategic perspective to learning and people development within the Technology industry.
