Job Responsibility

- Training head will lead the Training Managers and shared teams of Trainers to execute the learning and development strategy across the company

- Lead the planning and implementation of the training program and employee development initiatives

- Maintain, develop, and organize training material, learning activities, worksheets, job aides and class evaluations for continuing education instruction using instructional design techniques.

- Revisits entire training plan for every process- check and recheck to improve effectiveness every quarter with Sr. Leadership Team.

- Planning and execution of annual refresher training courses across the organization on training courses

- Would play a critical role in assessing the training needs of the business unit in order to create a training department, training programs and training best practices.

- Redesign the existing material to ensure Training effectiveness and efficiency

- Work closely with the hiring and operations team to build a skilled pool of resources

- Guide and mentor the direct reports

- New Hire Training Program Management

- Create, mentor and lead an effective team
