Overview  The Key Account/Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them. Account Managers are also responsible for building relationships with new clients and mining Existing clients for productivity.  Key Responsibilities:  1. Single Point of co-ordination for Housing. Acquisition, Revenue Maximization, Maximize Realization, Retention and Revenue collection in KAs. Inform prospective and existing customers frequently of product features, schemes, benefits and quality ensuring brand recall that is enough to prioritize our products  2. Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.  3. Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts and giving sales presentations to high-level executives.  4. Understand customer requirement and technical conditions in detail and appraise & educate on giving the right solution customized for the need and condition.  5. Build Customer loyalty through coordination with back end support functions viz., Service Delivery, Operations, Commercial Team & other support functions.  6. Collect market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information & initiatives and analyse the same with the help of Lead to preempt its impact on Exp in Corporate sales products  7. Tracking of Receivables and resolving of exceptions by working directly with customers in collections process as collect payments, forms and enhance relationships.  Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:  - The candidate should be a graduate, preferably with a post-graduate with 5 to 8 yrs of experience in corporate sales (Hunting and Farming) Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in Account Management will be added advantage.  Skills:  - Constantly upgrades skills to be able to handle the changing needs of the market place and the customers  - Strong account management and relationship building skills.  - Highly self-motivated and Knowledge of Solution designing and Project management  - Customer centricity and Networking skills.  Desirable Competencies:  - The candidate should be familiar with Sales, Account Management. Relationship building, Team Player and influential. Ability to identify opportunities for Housing and drive CXO level engagement for selling of Housing products.
