REA is the leading digital real estate company in Australia and has a controlling stake in iProperty, which has a significant presence in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. REA also owns a significant stake in Move, Inc., which was acquired by News Corp in November 2014. Move operates realtor.com, which has since become the second largest digital real estate company in the US. SoftBank Group Corp. is a Japanese multinational telecommunications and Internet corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. SoftBank has significant investments in brands such as SnapDeal and Ola. Prominent investments of SAIF partners are JustDial, Makemytrip and HomeShop18 and Accel Partners owns a stake in Facebook, Flipkart and Myntra.

What does this role hold for you-

- Ensure business realization of strategic objectives through the management of multiple, strategically aligned Projects. These projects are highly complex, have multiple dependencies, and have significant impact on organizational goals. Utilizes standard methodology to ensure business goals, objectives, and benefits are realized within designated timeframes. This includes but is not limited to the creation of a project plan to include formalized scope and approach, requirements, development plans, test plans training plans, key performance indicators, implementation and communication plans and turnover for operational readiness.

- Understand consumer buying behaviour

- Set-up offline services across India to support home buyers.

- Think of innovative services which can change consumer buying behaviour

- Build team across India to implement all initiatives.

Apply if you have-

- Preferably 10+ years of experience in similar capacity who understands Consumer life cycle and Behaviour aspect. Should have managed ATL campaigns

- Exceptionally strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.

- Strong understanding of aggregate Campaign Analytics across the mix of traditional and digital marketing channels, platforms, tactics, and technologies.

- Excellent collaboration skills and able to forge strong relationships with other functions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable navigating in a cross matrix organization.
