Overview:  As a financial Controller you will be responsible for finalization and reporting of Operational results - monthly, quarterly and annually, within the set time limits of the stand-alone entities of the Group.  Key Responsibilities:  1. Manage finance operations including accounting, management accounting, finance control, management of assets/facilities  2. Develop and implement the financial procedures/policies across branches in India. Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with group guidelines and external auditing requirements  3. Develop the Finance Team across branches in India  4. Manage Cash Flow Monitor and manage A/Cs Receivable, A/Cs Payable and invoicing as per policy guidelines  5. Complete statutory financial statements and reports to Government organizations and auditory bodies in time  6. Manage financial reporting duties, such as monthly, quarterly, yearly finance reports, activity reports, expense reports, gap analysis (variances between actual and budget) and all other reports as and when requested by the management  7. Responsible for the annual statutory audit  Educational Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant  Experience: 8-12 years of experience  Skills:  1. Strong organizational and management skills  2. Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables  3. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product  4. Ability to meet and establish deadlines  5. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment  6. Intermediate to advanced applications software expertise (Excel and accounting software)  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player  8. Communication Skills should be excellent (written & Verbal)
