Designation: Asst Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Who You Are:

You are firstly a recruiting maven with atleast 4-5 years of hiring experience across levels (Non IT mainly).

You have been a high performer & are excellent at interdepartmental liaising & collaborating.

You could teach a class titled "How to Hire Using Linkedin & other social networks" Ok, even if you couldn't but were interested in attending such a class & had interesting opinions, we'll still interview you.

You have a keen understanding of startups, ecommerce hiring/recruiting & preferably have atleast a year of experience recruiting for e-commerce.

You can work as an individual contributor & as well as a part of a high energy team.

You have good networks across functions like Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Marketing/PR, HR, Finance, Design, Product, Engineering, etc across India & also internationally (International networks preferred but not mandatory)

You know the difference between UI & UX.
