Job Profile of a Project Manager:

- Creating structures for at Regional and State level for operations

- Setting up controls and metrics for franchise performance management

- Creating processes for Franchise on-boarding

- Managing multiple projects at a time

- Building teams, structures for scaling up rapidly

Desired Profile:-

1. Strong analytical skills

2. Process orientation is a must

3. Experience in Franchise Business / Project Management is highly preferred

4. Excellent communications skills

Job Designation - Project Manager

Location - Mumbai, Powai

Experience - At least 1-4 Years in Franchise Management preferred.

Qualification - IIT/NIT (Masters will be preferred).
