Honeywell - Strategy & BD Manager

Job Summary:

The person will be part of the corporate strategy and business development team, responsible for working with the India businesses on the Company’s growth in India. He/ She will be responsible for driving entitlement and penetration of Honeywell’s offerings and solutions across businesses, market segments, vertical markets and various states in India. In addition to organic growth, he/ she will support inorganic growth including M&A, licensing and other business alliances as required

Responsibilities:

- Help develop the overall India Country Strategic Plan

- Support India businesses in their strategic plans, new growth opportunities, and execution strategies; drive projects that are critical to the India businesses

- Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities and synergies that fully utilize the breadth of Honeywell’s product and service offerings across its various businesses.

- Interact with the global senior management team to define and fine-tune the strategy and strategic options of the company in order to strengthen the overall India business portfolio

- Work with global BD leaders to support them in-country as required to support inorganic growth – acquisitions/divestitures, and partnerships

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or marketing; MBA from a top-tier institute

- 4-8 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or marketing. Minimum of 2 years experience in a management consulting firm

- Proven success leading strategic planning, growth initiatives, and/or operational enhancement engagements.

- Experience in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions and working effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong written & oral communication skills

- Great interpersonal skills, ability to forge solid relationships and manage across a broad and geographically dispersed business and teams
