Home Credit - Vice President - Taxation - CA (15-25 yrs)

Summary :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 15-25 years of experience in a European / US multi-national environment
- Expert in International taxation + direct and indirect taxes
- Responsible for the planning, strategy, and execution of all tax related items
- Manages a team 8+ of direct and indirect tax professionals
Job Responsibilities:
- Tax Planning, Strategy, and implementation of an overall business plan including international transactions and new business set up with regard to tax consequences
- Tax planning and Compliance in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Giving creative input on issues of tax planning to CFO in the taxation department and finance.
- Coordination from taxation department for mergers and amalgamation.
- Structuring of financial transactions from tax implications & transfer pricing point of view and documentation thereof.
- Tax planning for both Direct and indirect taxes with a special focus on neutralization of cost through Optimal Credit Regime
- Constantly improve operating efficiencies and develop talent within the Tax team
- Interpretation of Tax Statute and effective tax position for the given tax matters
