Home Credit - Regional Manager - Sales (8-16 yrs)

- Home Credit India is headquartered in Gurgaon and is present in more than 1000 stores across Delhi NCR and Punjab.

- Home Credit India provides in-store financing (non-cash loans directly in stores) to qualified customers seeking to purchase two-wheelers and consumer durables

- As our distribution network broadens, our range of product offerings is also expanding

Objective:

- Maximally utilize the potential of the region of responsibility (achieve targets, grow sales)

- Reduce and manage the risk in the area of responsibility

- Manage profitability of the region

- Penetration of the region through new Area/City opening and current area expansion

- Efficiently lead and develop the team of ASMs and manage their performance, knowledge and skills

- Administrative management of the regional office

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the region

- Responsible for developing & driving sales plan for the region

- Drive and Implement Sales strategy in compliance with organization's goals.

- Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the region

- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.

- Explore and identify new sourcing areas, to increase penetration in region

- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action

- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQ

- Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within region

- Initiate process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience

- Measure productivity and implement training measures to bridge the gap between the actual achievement and the KRAs defined by the management

Experience & Characteristics:

Must Have:

- Graduate (any stream)

- MBA/PG diploma from any of the premium institutes

- 8-12 years of work experience of which atleast 3 years were utilised in managing multiple sites in a region

- Proven ability to identify and develop robust plans for profitable business growth

Local language: Advanced skills - reading, writing and speaking

English: Medium skills - reading and writing, Medium skills - speaking

Computer literacy: internet, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Presentation: Confidence with verbal presentation, medium to advanced selling capabilities

- Willing to travel and work long hours

Nice to have:

- Effective management, training and development of a large regional team.

- Proven experience in major business expansion and managing the dealers, staff recruitment, and other facets.

- Market knowledge: overall knowledge of market and competitors

- Relationship building skills: ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
