Executes in accordance with the HR Plan /goals to achieve business goals and to achieve HR department Operating Plan.
Participates in definition of the goals and HR operational plan.
Ensures all major KPIs are delivered across Regional HR organisation.
Fulfills the headcount and capacity plan by timely and quality hiring execution in the period of massive Pan-India growth.
Manages, develops and coaches the regional HR managers to ensure that the targets are met.
Partners with HRBP counterparts and HR vertical functional leaders.
Drives significant coordination and cross referencing across matrix organization (multi -businesses /locations /states) to ensure implementation of all major HR processes.
Implementing learning and development program across company.
Implements HR projects / Implementation of projects and process improvement activities for the day-to-day HR related activities
Bringing innovative and strategic human resources practices and programs with an emphasis on, but not limited to: recruitment and retention, talent management, organizational design, change management, succession planning.
