Home Credit - Head - BICC (10-15 yrs)
Objective- of the Job
The purpose is to establish, implement and execute BICC Team, processes and best practices in order to streamline company-wide analytical reporting. And also centralized platform for all analytics department where they can share their best practices & updates.
Key imperatives include
1.) Build lean decision based tool as an enabler to shorten decision making process
2.) Unify business & data dictionary for reporting among departments
3.) Establish platform for master reporting data definition, acquisition, staging and distribution
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to Company level Projects with high level of Support.
- Timely Suggestion for future improvement of HCIN Processes.
- High level analysis for improvement of company performance
- OBIEE Implementation & Meta Data creation for HCIN.
- Centralized + Documented (Automated) reporting structure for HCIN.
- Optimization of DWH + Centralization of Analytical Playgrounds.
- Improvement of Dimensional Area (Owner_DWH) according to current/future requirements.
- Timely response/coordinate with Embed it for all DWH related information / changes.
- Support to Company level Projects with high level of Support.
- Timely Suggestion for future improvement of HCIN Processes.
- High level analysis for improvement of company performance.
- Responsible for DWH related coordination with IT (EmbedIT). Also will be responsible for all
- Type of DWH Changes, Implantation & New requests.
- Company Level Reporting (Definitions, Documentation, Accuracy and Single Truth Reporting).
- Optimization/Monitoring/Governance of DWH related activities.
- Company Level Projects & Analytical Support.
- Company future BI needs & automation of Processes.
- Timely training of Analytics departments & sharing best practices with them.

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of Business groups, across regions, roles and able to interact effectively with all levels Ability to quickly navigate among various numeric data and interpret them.
- Hands-On experience with SQL + Excel + VBA (Optional) & willing to learn new tool, knowledge of architecture, principles and best principles of DWH, ETL, BI, OLAP. Knowledge of MS Office, especially Pivot Tables, statistical/analytical functions.
- Excellent People management skills, must have at least 3 years of experience in Team Handling.
