Summary:
The position holder is responsible for managing HR reporting capabilities and budgeting, HR systems development and integration, and project management.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage assigned project to meet project goals and manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects of the project.
- Responsible for SAP implementation as project manager.
- Managing HR reporting - developing reports as required, executing reports and submission - locally as well as HQ.
- Provides ad hoc analysis as a support materials for HR projects and change management.
- Responsible for HC and HR OPEX budgeting and controlling.
Required Skills:
- MS Excel, DWH, SQL.
- SAP HR, recruitment SW, attendance SWs, database management.
- Project management techniques.
- Six sigma certification preferred.
Desired Profile:
8-10 Years of relevant Experience Project management experience.
Minimum of 5+ Years proven experience in a middle/senior management position of equivalent dimension.
Good Business acumen with System Implementation.
Develops plans to enable to complete long-term objectives.
